The Music is a big part of our lives. Sound is something that is constantly surrounding us. Even the presence of silence can be sometimes so full as it would be a sound or music. However, i already used the Theme of Music many times in my artworks in different periods since i was young. But this specific series started in 2018 when i started to paint music instruments. The inspiration i got from my daughter Teodora Vio; she started to sing when she was very small and in 2019 (in that time she was 9 years old) she applied to the biggest singing show in Germany – The Voice Kids and she was very successful, getting to the finals. Her amazing Coach is famous german singer Mark Forster and one of the artworks from this series (The power of music) is in his possession. This series is not finished yet and there are more artworks with more music instruments and music moments in progress.

This artwork is about a summer love story. I think we all know a moment when a love song is played and sung with the guitar on the beach. Well, it doesn’t matter if you recognize this scene from your own life or from a movie or a book .. This work of art is like a symbolic and metaphorical portrait of this romantic moment .. or of this song that spreads the magic on the beach . When I painted this picture, I did not think of a certain moment in my life, but simply let my imagination find its way. I have to say, however, that I was actually inspired by one song, the song “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran. I imagined this song would be played and sung with the guitar on the beach while two lovers enjoying their romantic sunset..
