Flourishing 2011

This series of artworks with flowers starts to appear in 2011 with the idea of the flower as symbolically representing the art as a beauty without time. Artwork is created in a moment of history, but that’s not a limit for it because beauty of art doesn’t exist in time (even if reflecting it) but is eternal. Flowers were also one of the most popular still life subjects throughout history of art. Here the flower is also ironically presented as a motif which is not “dead” at all, but totally alive as it is “immortal” – without time.
